How we deliver

Small scope. Fast delivery. Full ownership.

Long AI programmes fail slowly and expensively. We work the opposite way: one tightly-scoped outcome at a time, shipped in about a week, measured, then extended only if the numbers justify it.

The delivery week

What actually happens, day by day.

Day 0

Scope

A working session — not a sales call. We agree the single outcome worth shipping first, define what "done" means in measurable terms, and confirm access, data boundaries and success criteria in writing.

Day 1–4

Build in the open

Daily check-ins with a working build you can click, not a status report. Evaluation harnesses are written alongside the feature — quality is measured from the first day, not bolted on at the end.

Day 5

Ship & hand over

It goes live with documentation, a runbook and a recorded walkthrough. Your team gets the repo, the evals and the keys. Ownership transfers on day five — not "at the end of the engagement".

After

Measure & extend

Two weeks later we review the numbers together. If the value is there, we scope the next sprint. If it isn't, we say so — and you've spent a week, not a year, finding out.

Principles

The rules we don't break.

01

Truth over hype

If AI isn't the right tool for your problem, we say so — even when it costs us the project.

02

You own everything

Code, prompts, evals, docs. No black boxes, no lock-in, no dependency on us.

03

Measure everything

Every claim we make comes with a number behind it. Evals and baselines are non-negotiable.

04

Governance by default

Data boundaries, access control and audit trails are built in from day zero, not bolted on.

05

Ship, then sharpen

Value comes from production, not slide decks. We get live fast, then optimise relentlessly.

06

People before tools

The best system is useless if nobody adopts it. Enablement is part of every delivery.

What we need from you

A week works because both sides commit.

01

A decision-maker on day zero

Someone who can say yes to the scope in the room — so we build the right thing, not a compromise.

02

A domain expert, one hour a day

The person who knows the work answers our questions daily — it’s the single biggest predictor of quality.

03

Access agreed in writing

Systems, data boundaries and credentials sorted before day one, so the week is spent building — not waiting.

04

A number you care about

Hours, cases, cost or revenue — the metric we’ll baseline on day zero and measure again after shipping.

One week. One outcome. Measured.
