Small scope. Fast delivery. Full ownership.
Long AI programmes fail slowly and expensively. We work the opposite way: one tightly-scoped outcome at a time, shipped in about a week, measured, then extended only if the numbers justify it.
What actually happens, day by day.
Scope
A working session — not a sales call. We agree the single outcome worth shipping first, define what "done" means in measurable terms, and confirm access, data boundaries and success criteria in writing.
Build in the open
Daily check-ins with a working build you can click, not a status report. Evaluation harnesses are written alongside the feature — quality is measured from the first day, not bolted on at the end.
Ship & hand over
It goes live with documentation, a runbook and a recorded walkthrough. Your team gets the repo, the evals and the keys. Ownership transfers on day five — not "at the end of the engagement".
Measure & extend
Two weeks later we review the numbers together. If the value is there, we scope the next sprint. If it isn't, we say so — and you've spent a week, not a year, finding out.
The rules we don't break.
Truth over hype
If AI isn't the right tool for your problem, we say so — even when it costs us the project.
You own everything
Code, prompts, evals, docs. No black boxes, no lock-in, no dependency on us.
Measure everything
Every claim we make comes with a number behind it. Evals and baselines are non-negotiable.
Governance by default
Data boundaries, access control and audit trails are built in from day zero, not bolted on.
Ship, then sharpen
Value comes from production, not slide decks. We get live fast, then optimise relentlessly.
People before tools
The best system is useless if nobody adopts it. Enablement is part of every delivery.
